  1. Find your center. What makes you happy? What fulfills you? Besides being a parent if you are one. What makes you, you! That is your center. Go there, physically, mentally & emotionally.

    1. Remember that feeling.

  2. What makes you sad or anxious? Where were you, who were you with and what caused it? (Journal this to unravel it)

Those feelings you had above are your GUT FEELINGS. They are within you. Pay attention to them, they will become more obvious and contagious, the good ones especially.
